  • Businesses with a second business, with same owners, may may apply for membership for each additional business for $75.00.
This is our standard membership and is open to all businesses with a physical address (home and/or business) located in the Springfield Platteview Community School district.
  • Our brand new website is robust and beautifully designed with an updated online business directory. The enhanced search engine optimization (SEO) will increase members online profile.
  • Monthly networking events to encourage members to get to know each other and promote each other’s businesses.
  • Monthly member business spotlight to be featured on social media and website.
  • Opportunities to sponsor networking meetings.
  • Cooperative marketing opportunities.
  • Name recognition through community involvement.
  • Complimentary table at annual Shop-N-Hop on Main St. event in July.
  • Annual participation with “Making Spirits Bright: A Springfield Holiday Tradition” tree lighting and lights parade.
  • Annual Holiday gathering/service project – A fun and festive holiday gathering – we encourage members to bring a guest to enjoy food & drinks PLUS we provide an opportunity to give back to our community.
  • SBA member decal window clings.
  • Opportunity for additional promotion and recognition of your business through sponsorship by becoming a Community Beautification Partner.

The price for membership is $100.00 per Year.

  • Over the last 18 months, SBA has led an effort to create a more inviting and welcoming business district; this all-volunteer effort has helped to improve the appearance and pride in our downtown business district for residents and visitors alike. Consider becoming a Community Beautification Partner by donating today. We are encouraging all businesses to make at least a $25 donation. 
  • Community Beautification Partners will receive recognition for their donation and shout-outs on social media and our website. More significant donations will receive additional recognition.
